In a therapeutic preschool, the teachers have specialized degrees in childcare which can help them understand and work with your child’s development and sensory issues. In a traditional daycare, the staff may lack the higher education degrees. Having a degree ensures that your child’s needs are met by professionals that you can trust with your exceptional child. In a therapeutic learning center, there is a smaller teacher to student ratio that is vital for focusing on a child’s specific learning needs.

At Building Behaviors Learning Center, we offer a range of unique program features that set us apart from traditional learning centers. Our focus is on providing a holistic approach to early childhood education, helping children with developmental needs thrive and reach their full potential. BBLC is an inclusive and supportive environment that was meant for children with developmental needs. All students will have a therapist that is on site and will be able to improve their overall experience and education. Our onsite therapists will also work with parents on ways to support their child at home. Our program has structured and unstructured group activities to help your child develop their attention span by going beyond the scope of a traditional preschool. Our curriculum focuses on social-emotional development, language and literacy skills, self-help skills and sensory processing. At Building Behaviors Learning Center, your child will feel safe and can be themselves while thriving at the same time.
